Work Disaster

Ok. So my work tonight/today(Tuesday) was a complete disaster.

So no progress shots because there wasn’t any progress to be proud of. :(

I think I am more disappointed than you. So please don’t be too angry. Tomorrow has to be better, it doesn’t have a choice. Oy.

BG: Your order has been shipped to Ireland. :)

JF: Your order shipped

KT: Your order shipped

VC: Your order shipped

My brain was working in slow motion today and I had to void several labels because I forgot to adjust the shipping from zip code to the zip code of my mother’s home. I apologize for the confusion.

AO: Your tee is sched. to arrive here tomorrow. I called the wholesaler today to double check and make sure it would arrive tomorrow. ~ I hope to ship it Sat., but it will ship Monday at the latest. It has to be pre-washed and would not be finished in time to ship tomorrow.

AI, Sharla: I hope to finish your tees in time to ship tomorrow.

BG: You are sched. to be started tom.

JF: Your skirt is finished but not pictured. I need to hem that as well.

AO- Goyazite: I am waiting on one more tee to arrive from the wholesaler for your order. I have the cream and grey but the blue did not come with the order. It should be here by Thursday. But cannot ship until Sat. or Monday because of the holiday.

AI: Your order should ship by Thursday. It is sched. for tomorrow.
BG: Your order is on my sched. to be started on this Thurs. It should go in the mail Sat. or Mon. depending on how fast it goes.

Sharla - You are sched. to be worked on tomorrow as well. I hope to have it shipped Thurs.

All of my Testers!

I will be working on the test products full time beginning this weekend. I want to have them out by mid-week. So I want to have them finished by July 9th or 10th at the latest.

Again things are going slowly because I am still in Maryland helping my mother will all the legal paperwork, life insurance paper work, death benefit forms etc. I am trying to get her to be on her feet by the end of this week so I can return to Philadelphia. I am doing the best I can as always.

Your patience and understanding is priceless.

UPDATE: My husband and I will be going to a marriage retreat in place of my parents July 11-13th. I will be unavailabele. They had paid for the retreat prior to his diagnosis. Prior to his death and they asked us if we would like to take their place. We agreed and will be out of town until July 13th.

Click on the name Michael W. with the date of death being June 15.

I will be going to Philadelphia to get my supplies Sunday night into Monday. I will be able to delve into the work Tuesday afternoon/evening because in the morning I will still be making phone calls and running errands for my mother.

Again I want to say that emails will be slow because I will be focusing on getting the work out rather than on the computer.

Thanks again ladies for being so great.

I plan on getting back to work on Monday…

However I will be working from Maryland so things will be shipping from here. My mother still needs my help with the endless paperwork that comes with these situations. I will still be slow in answering emails and getting the products out because I will be spending a lot of time trying to get the information she needs during the day.

I will try to keep things more updated next week on the blog.

Thank you for your understanding through this difficult time for my family.

Wake/Funeral

The wake is today. The funeral is tomorrow. I will be completely unavailable today and tomorrow. I apologize for any inconvenience.

Here is a tribute written by myself and my siblings:

To Our Father,
We treasure the days we have spent with you.  You have done so much to mold our lives and have provided us with a lifetime of invaluable memories.  You were committed to working hard, sacrificing for us and living a life of integrity as a man of God. Throughout it all of you persevered with a playful sense of humor.
As we look back we remember times full of warmth and fun.  During our favorite times we shared with you we enjoyed lively and competitive board games, fishing trips, Ping-Pong tournaments, badminton and traveling in the family wagon. You always taught us the importance of work but made time for family fun.
Your commitment to us started each day before dawn, when you rose to work on the railroad.  After long days at work you diligently attended all of our events, sports, art, dance, drama and music. You always enthusiastically supported us in our various activities even if you found them, “Not to thrilling and not too filling.” We could count on you to be on the sidelines encouraging us to, “Not just participate, but dominate.” We are blessed to have a Dad that was able to instill strong character and principals.  Your integrity was the strong foundation for all you did.
Throughout our lives we have never doubted your love, you even had enough to embrace your nephew as number eight. Whether you were working hard, keeping us in line, or encouraging us with a joke, we always knew how much you loved us.
It is going to be a challenge to go on without you by our side. But you have prepared us well for our life’s journey.  We love you Dad.
All Our Love,
Fat Cup, Misha-Mish, Kyna Bear, Panda, Jeremiah-Obediah, Bush, Bubbas, and Kuda Brown

An Update…

Hi. I’m a friend of Kyna’s and she asked me to give all of you an update.

Unfortunately Kyna’s father passed away today which means she will be unavailable until further notice.

Thanks for your understanding and patience and please keep Kyna and her family in your thoughts and prayers.
